Margin in the 29th State Senate District race narrows to 187 votes

A news story posted online at 6:00 pm by the Los Angeles Times says the lead held by Republican Assemblymember Ling Ling Chang over her Democrat challenger Josh Newman in the race for the 29th State Senate District has narrowed to 187 votes, although the Secretary of State’s website does not yet reflect this number; it still shows Chang with a lead of 1,534 votes.
