West Coyote Hills: Judge issues final ruling in favor of City and Chevron

Yesterday, Orange County Superior Court Judge William D. Claster issued his final ruling in favor of Fullerton’s plan for West Coyote Hills.

The plan, which was approved unanimously by the city council last November, preserves 60% of the 510-acre Chevron-owned property as open space, and gives the city and other preservation groups such as the Friends of Coyote Hills until early 2017 to purchase portions of the remaining land.
